Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tbsp Barbaro Mojo Jalabáo™

  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Mix Jalabáo™, lemon juice, garlic, and olive oil. Marinate shrimp for 30 minutes.
  2. Grill over medium heat until pink (2-3 minutes per side).
  3. Serve with a squeeze of fresh lime.
For extra smokiness, baste with Mojo while grilling.
